Simple techniques, big impact

 

Remember  we talked a little bit about hustle culture yesterday, and how it can make us feel overwhelmed and anxious?

 

And I don’t know about you, but when I feel overwhelmed and anxious, the last thing I want to do is google how to feel better.

 

I personally find that overwhelming- 

 

all the links and noise of the internet. 


Bleugh,  no thanks. 

 

But what if there was a place you could go, that explains in simple terms why you feel how you feel and what to do about it. In a way that wouldn’t feel overwhelming?

 

A place that gives you simple tools and strategies approved by a psychotherapist, that you can easily weave into your day.

 

Well-  I’ve made that place. 

 

It’s a place I wish the younger me had when anxiety and overwhelm was getting to me on a daily basis. 

 

It’s called ‘UNLOCK CALM’
