Structure In Your Day
One of the most important things I've learned in the last couple of years is the importance of structure in your day.
Without structure, you’re just inviting chaos into your life, and you’re in a reactive state, instead of a proactive state.
And when you’re in a reactive state, it’s like you're constantly juggling 20 balls and spinning 20 plates. Your brain feels scrambled, and it’s not a good place to be, you know?
BUT when you add structure to your day, you can make sure you get your all-important ‘me time’ while also getting your adulting stuff done.
And that’s what we want, right?
For me, taking 10 minutes at the beginning of the day and 10 minutes at the end of that day has been truly life-changing.
Just this tiny scheduled window for myself is game-changing.
It sounds dramatic, I know, but it’s true.
No matter what I am doing, I make sure I block out that time.
It’s only 20 minutes out of 24 hours, nothing really, but it holds SO much power.
You see, the small little habits you do in that short window of scheduled out time, when they are combined, can make a big difference to your day.
Each day, that adds up and can make a big difference to your life.
Small hinges swing big doors.
One of the most impactful things I do in my morning 10-minute window is to drink a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water.
This simple act has changed the trajectory of my daily life, and it doesn’t even take 2 minutes.
ACV balances my blood sugar, meaning I won't have a horrible energy crash later in the day, and it’s pretty much eliminated me feeling the urge to snack between meals too.
So you can see that simple habits like this, in a small scheduled window, can have a big impact.
I teach you all about using these small windows of time to your advantage in my Total Mind & Body makeover program.
So even if you’re a super busy person, you can do this.
Inside the program, I give you all my favorite life-changing tips to try out, so that you can change a lot by doing only a little.
Sound good?
Well, I’ll tell you a little bit more about the program later on this week!
Sending so much love,
Hannah
